- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable). You can also track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
