Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product was defective or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
Reporting an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and verify the issue.
If your request is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically credited within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
