Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our facility.
Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Cancellation (optional)
Cancellation requests are processed during our business hours.
Cancellation Approval
If your cancellation request is received before dispatch:
- Your order will be cancelled.
- Any payment made online will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Cash on Delivery (If Available)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch, as no payment has been collected.
