Return & Refund Policy — Anvaya Naturals

At Anvaya Naturals, we take pride in delivering pure, high-quality natural food powders. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- Gift cards
Since our products are natural food items, we strictly cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours) at lavanya.mattaparthi@anvayanaturals.co.in with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at lavanya.mattaparthi@anvayanaturals.co.in within 3 days of delivery
- Mention your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

6. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items — return shipping will be arranged and covered by Anvaya Naturals
- For other eligible returns — return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank/UPI details when raising the return request.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
