Shipping Policy — Anvaya Naturals

Thank you for shopping with Anvaya Naturals! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, as our products are manufactured and licensed under an FSSAI State License, which permits distribution within India only.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location within India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Shipping Partner

We ship all orders through Shiprocket, which works with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and others. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently not offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. 

We encourage customers to pay online (UPI, cards, net banking) for a faster and smoother experience. COD may be discontinued in the future.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal or through the courier partner's website.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@anvayanaturals.co.in with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.


9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Anvaya Naturals is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
